EMAIL RESPONSES & BUSINESS HOURS

Please be aware that the store opening hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.

Emails, contact forms and queries via instagram will be responded to within these times but  replies may take up to 24-48hrs.

Orders placed between 13th-21st will be processed after 22nd Aug.

All emails sent within this period will also be responded to after this date.

SHIPPING, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

There are different shipping methods including Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class signed for and Special Delivery, most items are able to be shipped within 2-5 working days.

After dispatch Special Delivery takes approx 1 working day to arrive, after dispatch 1st class signed for takes approx 1-3 working days to arrive and after dispatch 2nd class sign for takes approx 2-4 working days to arrive. Please bare in mind the items you are ordering are handmade and will not be dispatched the day you order them in most cases.

Refunds & exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving the item if the item is damaged or if the incorrect size was sent to you. For hygiene reasons refunds may be denied if the product appears worn. If there is any problem with your order please get in touch.

Please note: In the case of damage, we do ask for photographic evidence of both packaging and damaged goods. Products must be returned to us before a refund can be issued, this is to ensure that we can make a claim for the broken item with Royal Mail and prevent this from happening again in the future. All delivery costs incurred are not eligible for refund. Refunds and exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

This depends on the shipping method you choose. All items are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for 1st & 2nd class or Special Delivery so once dispatched your order should be with you between 1-5 working days(depending on the shipping method you chose).

Please bare in mind all items are handmade so each order does have a turnaround  of approx 2-5 working days before dispatch. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY BOOKING TO BE CONFIRMED?

When booking Reiki and Spiritual Readings you will be contacted within 24-48hrs to confirm your appointment.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our Service without written permission by Mystic Mills.

- Products & Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. 

- Account Of Billing And Account Information 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

- Incorrect Delivery Address/Returned/Held At Customs Orders:

Any returned orders with an incorrect shipping address will be held until corrected and postage is re submitted with a new shipping label. You will be liable to pay for shipping costs.
